Collecting and recovering the emitted dose from respiratory drug products in a controlled and reproducible way is a critical aspect of regulatory testing. RTS provides sample recovery solutions for inhaler, nebuliser and nasal spray testing applications to help our customers solve this problem.

Our Process Master automation for both pMDIs and DPIs includes modular fully automated sample recovery modules. These feature carefully designed collectors, reusable drug recovery fi lters, integrated solvent management for drug recovery and ‘in-place’ cleaning for continuous operation.

RTS also provides sample recovery solutions for particle size and cascade impactor applications, through both proprietary engineered solutions and, the further automation of commercially available solutions.
