By Air
Manchester International Airport is located approximately 16 miles from RTS
By Road


Directions from the M60 (Manchester Ring Road):

Exit the M60 at Junction 11, signposted A57 / Eccles / Irlam
At junction roundabout follow signs for Irlam / Cadishead
(Road becomes dual carriageway, and then reverts to single lane again when passing Makro)
Go straight on at the next traffic lights (past the recycling centre)
Follow Cadishead Way (A57), and go straight on at first small roundabout
Drive under the railway bridge (signposted Northbank Industrial Park)
At next roundabout take fourth (last) exit onto Bessemer Road
At the end of this road turn left onto Gilchrist Road
After approximately 100 yards turn right into RTS car park
 
Directions from the M6:
 
Northbound:
Leave the M6 at Junction 21 (signposted Warrington / Irlam)
At the roundabout take the third exit onto Manchester Road - A57 (signposted Irlam)
At the next roundabout take the third exit onto Manchester Road - A57 (signposted Irlam)
 
Southbound:
Leave the M6 at Junction 21
Take the first exit onto the A57
 
Then:
Continue on the A57, through two sets of traffic lights
At the next roundabout take the second exit (signposted A57 / M60)
At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Bessemer Road
At the end of this road turn left onto Gilchrist Road
After approximately 100 yards turn right into RTS car park
